Searching Information

System provides extensive search capabilities for users seeking sales returns.

  1. Go to SALES Menu ->Sales Return (Sidebar Menu)

  2. After clicking the sales return sidebar menu, blank page is displayed with some default values. Click the “Search” link located at the upper right.

  3. After clicking the search link, Sales Return Search Page window is displayed.

    Note
    • There is a maximum limit of five hundred records that can be displayed.
    • Sales order search page displays the number of records found in each search, located in the lower left corner, to provide the user with up-to-date information.
