How to check if Withholding Tax Payment has been created

The Related Records feature enables the user to verify whether a Withholding Tax Payment has been created. Duplication will be avoided because of their ability to quickly identify the existence of a withholding tax payment for a supplier bill. In addition, if user has access to view the Withholding Tax Payment information, he can review the details by simply navigating to that transaction.

To determine whether a Withholding Tax Payment has been created, navigate to the Withholding Tax Payment Table and look for an existing hyperlink. If there is none, it means that no withholding tax payment has been created.

As for the Withholding Tax Payment, users can still create new Withholding Tax Payment as the system will not conduct any duplication validation. Validation will only take effect if the supplier bill has been fully paid.
