Searching Information

System provides extensive search capabilities for users seeking purchase requisitions

  1. Go to Purchasing Menu -> Purchase Requisition (Sidebar Menu) -> Trade (Sub Menu).

  2. After clicking the purchase requisition sidebar menu, blank page is displayed. Click the “Search” link located at the upper right.

  3. After clicking the search link, Purchase Requisition Search Page window is displayed.

    4. Note
    • There is a maximum limit of five hundred records that can be displayed.
    • Purchase requisition search page displays the number of records found in each search, located in the lower left corner, to provide the user with up-to-date information.
