System provides extensive search capabilities for users seeking purchase quotations.

Go to Purchasing Menu -> Purchase Quotation (Sidebar Menu) -> Trade (Sub Menu).



After clicking the purchase quotation sidebar menu, blank page is displayed. Click the “Search” link located at the upper right.



After clicking the search link, Purchase Quotation Search Page window is displayed.


Note
• There is a maximum limit of five hundred records that can be displayed.
• Purchase Quotation search page displays the number of records found in each search, located in the lower left corner, to provide the user with up-to-date information.
