This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a purchase quotation based on the Stock Replenishment ID. User can use magnifying glass to search for existing Stock Replenishment ID.

If the user knows already the Stock Replenishment ID, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the Stock Replenishment ID entered is valid. The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the Stock Replenishment information which allows users to easily navigate to the Stock Replenishment Page if he has access to view Stock Replenishment Information.

After Internal Stock Replenishment has been filled out, user must click the search button in the upper right corner of the pop-up box on the same line as the Stock Replenishment field to initiate the search process.

If there is an existing record of a purchase quotation associated with the provided Stock Replenishment, the result will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
