This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a purchase quotation based on the provided Internal Purchase Quotation ID. He can copy & paste the transaction ID. After this field is filled in, he can either press the “Enter” key or he must click the binocular button at the right side of the same line of this field to initiate the search process.

Additionally, internal purchase quotation ID can also be searched by entering the last 5 digits and either press the “Enter” key or he must click the search button at the right side of the same line of this field to initiate the search process.

If there is an existing record associated with the provided purchase quotation ID, the result will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
