This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a purchase quotation based on the Internal Sales Quotation ID. User can use magnifying glass to search for existing Internal Sales Quotation ID.

If the user knows already the Internal Sales Quotation ID, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the Internal Sales Quotation ID entered is valid. The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the Internal Sales Quotation information which allows users to easily navigate to the Internal Sales Quotation Page if he has access to view Internal Sales Quotation Information.

After Internal Sales Quotation has been filled out, user must click the search button in the upper right corner of the pop-up box on the same line as the Internal Sales Quotation field to initiate the search process.

If there is an existing record of a purchase quotation associated with the provided Internal Sales Quotation, the result will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
