• User must enter the desired date range in the "Created From" and "To" fields.

• User must click the search button in the upper right corner of the pop-up box on the same line as the “Created From” and “To” fields. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process.

After clicking the search button, all purchase quotation transactions that is within the given date range will be displayed.

To read the purchase quotation, user should point their mouse over the specified transaction, which will be highlighted in blue to indicate that it is the selected transaction. The user should click the highlighted row. After clicking, purchase quotation search window is immediately closed, and the purchase quotation page is displayed with the details of the selected record.
