Closed status in Britana is considered a valid transaction. User can close a purchase quotation manually if he did you do not want additional activity. You cannot reopen a finally closed quotation for further activity. It is possible to close a purchase quotation if the status is approved.

If the user has an authority to close the purchase quotation, CLOSE button appears. Otherwise, there is NO close button.
