If the user knows already the Purchase Quotation ID, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the Purchase Quotation ID entered is valid. The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the Purchase Quotation link which allows users to easily navigate to the Purchase Quotation Page if he has access to view Purchase Quotation Information.

After user provide the purchase quotation ID, he must click the binocular button at the right side of the same line of this field to initiate the search process.

If there is an existing record of a purchase order associated with the provided purchase quotation, the result will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
