How to check if Goods Receipt has been created

The Related Records feature enables the user to verify whether a Goods Receipt has been created. Duplication will be avoided because of their ability to quickly identify the existence of a goods receipt for a goods return. In addition, if user has access to view the goods receipt information, he can review the details by simply navigating to that transaction.

To determine whether a goods receipt has been created, navigate to the Goods Receipt Table and look for an existing hyperlink. If there is none, it means that no goods receipt has been created.

As for the Goods Receipt, users can still create new Goods Receipt as the system will not conduct any duplication validation. Validation will only take effect if the goods return has been approved
