Searching Information

System provides extensive search capabilities for users seeking goods receipts.

  1. Go to Purchasing Menu -> Goods Receipt (Sidebar Menu) -> Trade (Sub Menu)

  2. After clicking the goods receipt sidebar menu, blank page is displayed. Click the “Search” link located at the upper right.

  3. After clicking the search link, Goods Receipt Search Page window is displayed.

    Note
    • There is a maximum limit of five hundred records that can be displayed.
    • Goods Receipt search page displays the number of records found in each search, located in the lower left corner, to provide the user with up-to-date information.
