Warehouse ID

• This is a required field and is used to identify what specific warehouse. User may enter up to 30 characters long to provide a unique warehouse ID.

Warehouse Name

• This is a required field which describes the warehouse. User may provide additional information to describe the warehouse name.

Address 1

• This is a required field which is typically used for the street address of the warehouse.

Address 2

• This is an optional field which is used for additional address information such as an apartment or suite number, building name, floor number, P.O. Box number, or any other relevant details that could help identify the location of the warehouse.

County

• This is an optional field which is used to identify a specific region of a state or country.

City

• This is a required field which identifies the exact town where the warehouse is located. Once selected the corresponding State and Country fields are automatically populated. User can use the magnifying glass to search for existing city.

• If the user knows already the city, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the city entered is valid.

• The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the city description which allows users to easily navigate to the Country Page to look for the city if he has access to view country information.

State

• This is a required field which identifies the exact state where the warehouse is located. Once City is selected the corresponding State field is also automatically populated. However, user can update the state by using the magnifying glass to search for existing record.

• If the user knows already the state, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the state entered is valid.

• The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the state description which allows users to easily navigate to the Country Page to look for the state if he has access to view country information.

Country

• This is a required field which identifies the exact Country where the warehouse is located. Once City is selected the corresponding Country field is also automatically populated. However, user can update the country by using the magnifying glass to search for existing record.

Postal Code

• This is an optional field which identifies the exact Postal Code where the warehouse belongs to.

Active

• This checkbox identifies the status of the warehouse. The warehouse is deemed active if checked, otherwise inactive. When on, the Operation End Date is automatically disabled.

Damaged Warehouse

• This checkbox identifies if the warehouse is damaged. The warehouse is deemed damaged if checked and an Operation End Date value may be provided.

Operation End Date

• If the warehouse has already been identified as damaged an Operation End Date value may be provided.

Freeze

• This checkbox identifies the status of the warehouse if it is frozen or not. The warehouse is deemed frozen if checked, otherwise active.

From/To

• These fields are grayed and disabled if Freeze checkbox is on, otherwise value should be populated with the exact from and to freeze dates of the warehouse.

Bin Location Code

• This is a required field wherein user can define the code of the Bin Location. Record may be added/deleted using the plus/minus icon.

Bin Location Name

• This is a required field wherein user can define the description of the Bin Location which serves as the Bin Location Name. Record may be added/deleted using the plus/minus icon.

Default

• This checkbox identifies whether the bin location is the default value to use or not.
