Stand-alone Work Order - Assemble

To create new stand-alone Work Order - Assemble:

  1. Go to INVENTORY (Menu) > Work Order (Side Menu) > Assemble (Sub-menu)

  2. Click on the magnifying glass next to Sales Order input field and provide Customer and Created From – To values. Then click the search button on the right side. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process.

  3. After clicking the search button, all results are displayed below. User must select from the search results.

  4. The Sales Order search page will be automatically closed, and the selected sales order is loaded in the Work Order - Assemble page.

  5. Click on the magnifying glass next to Bill of Material input field. You may enter any value to filter the search or just leave it blank to search all. Then click the search button on the right side. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process.

  6. After clicking the search button, all results are displayed below. User must select from the search results.

  7. The Bill of Material search page will be automatically closed, and the selected bill of material is loaded in the Work Order - Assemble page.

  8. User must enter a Base Quantity value.

  9. Click on the magnifying glass next to Warehouse input field. You may enter any value to filter the search or just leave it blank to search all. Then click the search button on the right side. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process.

  10. After clicking the search button, all results are displayed below. User must select from the search results.

  11. The Warehouse search page will be automatically closed, and the selected warehouse is loaded in the Work Order - Assemble page.

  12. Click on the magnifying glass next to Bin Location input field. You may enter any value to filter the search or just leave it blank to search all. Then click the search button on the right side. This action will prompt the system to initiate the search process.

  13. After clicking the search button, all results are displayed below. User must select from the search results.

  14. The Warehouse Bin Location search page will be automatically closed, and the selected bin location is loaded in the Work Order - Assemble page.

  15. User must provide a Batch/Serial No.

  16. Click on Components tab to update Bin Location and Batch/Serial Number details.

  17. On the left side of the table grid, click on the Go To icon. This icon will display the Bin Location and Batch/Serial table grid and must be populated for each of the product/item in the product table grid.

  18. Scroll down to the Bin Location and Batch/Serial table grid and click on the magnifying glass next to Bin Location input field. On load of the search page select a record from the available search results.

  19. The Warehouse Bin Location search page will be automatically closed, and the selected Bin Location is loaded in the Work Order - Assemble page.

  20. Click on the magnifying glass next to Batch/Serial No. input field. On load of the search page select a record from the available search results.

  21. The Warehouse Serial Number search page will be automatically closed, and the selected Batch/Serial No. is loaded in the Work Order - Assemble page.

  22. Provide Quantity value.

  23. User may provide other optional field values and then save the record. New Work Order - Assemble in draft status should be created
