Adding Main Information
- Inventory Adjustment can be Trade or Non-Trade but adding new record is
basically the same for both.
- You normally use Trade to purchase goods and Non-Trade is for internal
purposes only.
Go to INVENTORY (Menu) > Work Order (Sidebar Menu) -> Assemble (Sub Menu)
Work Order - Assemble Page with some default values will be displayed in MAIN tab.
Label ending with an asterisk * indicates that the field is mandatory.
Transaction ID (Work Order - Assemble ID)
- This is a unique identifier that represents a transaction.
- This is a system generated field when a transaction is initially recorded.
Workflow Type
- DEFAULT is the default value on add mode.
- This is a required field and used to determine the business process of the transaction,
whether it requires approval or not.
Sales Order
- This is an optional field. User can use the magnifying glass to search for existing Sales
Order transaction.
- Sales Order transaction must exist in Sales Order page.
- The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the concatenated sales order
description and status which allows users to easily navigate to the Sales Order page if he
has access to view sales order information.
Bill of Material
- This is a required field. User can use the magnifying glass to search for existing bill of
material.
- Bill of material record must exist in Product-Trade page.
- The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the concatenated brand code, product
description and product code which allows users to easily navigate to the Product-Trade
page if he has access to view product information.
Base Quantity
- This is a required field that allows number values. It is used to indicate the number of
products that will be assembled.
Remarks
- This is an optional field with a maximum length of 1000 characters and is used externally
to convey vital information.
- This field is visible in the printed document.
Notes

Warehouse
- This is a required field. The user can use magnifying glass to search for a warehouse
record.
- Warehouse record must exist in Warehouse Page prior creating inventory adjustment.
- This field is used to specify the location from where the products will be obtained.
- If the user knows already the warehouse code, he can input it on the field and press the
“Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates
that the warehouse code entered is valid.
- The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the warehouse name which allows
users to easily navigate to the Warehouse Page if he has access to view warehouse
Information.
Bin Location
- This is a required field which defines the smallest addressable unit of space in a
warehouse where your goods are stored. The user can use magnifying glass to search for
a bin location record.
- Bin Location record must exist in Warehouse page prior creating sales return.
- The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the bin location description which
allows users to easily navigate to the Warehouse page if he has access to view
warehouse Information.
Batch/Serial No.
- This is a required field which defines the number indicating place in a series and used as
a means of identification.
- This field is used to specify the unique serial number of the products that will be
assembled.
Production Date
- This is an optional field. A production date is the date when an item was first created or
manufactured. It can be useful for determining the age of a product.
Expiration Date
- This is an optional field. An expiration date is the last day a product is safe to use or
consume. Expiration dates are important for food, medicine, and other products to
ensure their quality and safety
Posting Date
- This is a system generated field which contains the date when the user posts the
transaction.
Status
- This is a system generated field based on the selected workflow which indicates the
specific phase / process of the transaction.
Sequence Number (Components tab)
- This is a primary key used to sort the products in ascending order in Components tab.
Product
- This is read-only and non-editable field. The values on the grid are based on the selected
Bill of Material record in Main tab.
- The blue hyperlink next to the product code is the concatenated brand name, product
description and product code which allows users to easily navigate to the Product Page if
he has access to view product Information.
Base UOM (Unit of Measurement)
- This is a read-only field and is auto-populated based on the selected Bill of Material
record in Main tab.
Base Quantity
- This is a read-only field and is auto-populated based on the selected Bill of Material
record in Main tab. It is used to indicate the number of products that the inventory must
be adjusted.
Go To Icon
- This icon will display the Bin Location and Batch/Serial table grid and must be populated
for each of the product/item in the product table grid. On second click the Bin Location
and Batch/Serial table grid will be hidden again.
Bin Sequence
- This is a primary key used to sort the bin location table in ascending order.
- In add mode, this is editable. This cannot be edited after it has been saved.
Warehouse
- This is a read-only field and is auto-populated based on the selected warehouse record
in Main tab.
- This field is used to specify the location from where the products will be obtained.

users to easily navigate to the Warehouse Page if he has access to view warehouse
