If the user knows already the Petty Cash Payment ID, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the Petty Cash Payment ID entered is valid. The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the Petty Cash Payment link which allows users to easily navigate to the Petty Cash Payment page if he has access to view Petty Cash Payment Information.

After user provide the petty cash payment ID, he must click the search button at the right side of the same line of this field to initiate the search process.

If there is an existing record of a journal entry associated with the provided petty cash payment, the result will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
