Collection / Official Receipt No. Filter:
This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a customer payment based on its collection / official receipt number. User should fill in the Collection / Official Receipt No. then click the search button in the right side of the same line of this field.
After clicking the search button, if there is an existing record of a customer payment associated with the provided Collection / Official Receipt No., all customer payment transactions with Collection / Official Receipt No. starting with the given search parameter will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
User can also perform a wild card search by utilizing the percentage (%) symbol. If there is an existing record of a customer payment associated with the provided Collection / Official Receipt No., this will list any Collection / Official Receipt No.s that contain the given search value.
