Related Records Information

This feature enables users to quickly ascertain whether transactions have been generated in relation to a given sales order. Users can effortlessly navigate to the associated transaction of a sales order by utilizing the provided hyperlink.

To know all the transactions associated with the customer payment, go to Related Records Tab of Customer Payment page.

Related Records provides you the following information:

List of corresponding Customer Credit Memo with status that have been created.
