Searching Information

System provides extensive search capabilities for users seeking customer credit memo applications.

  1. Go to FINANCE Menu ->Customer Credit Memo Application (Sidebar Menu)

  2. After clicking the customer credit memo application sidebar menu, blank page is displayed with some default values. Click the “Search” link located at the upper right.

  3. After clicking the search link, Customer Credit Memo Application Search page window is displayed.

    Note
    • There is a maximum limit of five hundred records that can be displayed.
    • Customer Credit Memo search page displays the number of records found in each search, located in the lower left corner, to provide the user with up-to-date information.
