If the user knows already the Customer Credit Memo ID, he can input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the Customer Credit Memo ID entered is valid. The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the Customer Credit Memo link which allows users to easily navigate to the Customer Credit Memo page if he has access to view Customer Credit Memo Information.

After user provide the customer credit memo ID, he must click the search button at the right side of the same line of this field to initiate the search process.

If there is an existing record of a customer credit memo application associated with the provided customer credit memo, the result will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
