External Credit Memo Filter:
This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a customer credit memo based on its external credit memo number. User should fill in the External Credit Memo then click the search button in the right side of the same line of this field.
After clicking the search button, if there is an existing record of a customer credit memo associated with the provided External Credit Memo, all customer credit memo transactions with External Credit Memo starting with the given search parameter will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
User can also perform a wild card search by utilizing the percentage (%) symbol. If there is an existing record of a customer credit memo associated with the provided External Credit Memo, this will list any External Credit Memo that contain the given search value.
